Terms and conditions of Air land Conquest
By submitting the registration form, your team and team members agree to the following terms and conditions:
a. We read and understand the terms and conditions, and rules and regulations.
b. We agree and understand that the collection, use and disclosure of the teams’ personal data and data by or on behalf of the organisers will be used to facilitate the processing of the teams’ registration or enhancement or any matters in relation to the Competitions (. The consent provided for the collection, use and disclosure of the team’s personal data and data will remain valid until the team member withdraws his/her consent in writing to the organisers.
c. The organisers reserve the right to amend the rules and regulations.
d. The judges’ decisions are final. Judges’ discussions are strictly confidential.
e. Registration fees are non-refundable.
f. Home-schooled participants and teams consisting of students from different schools should register as “Independent teams”.
g. Participants will be notified upon successful registration within two weeks of the registration deadline. The decision made by the organising committee is final, and is subject to the availability of the competition schedule and logistics support.
h. The collection, use and disclosure of the teams’ personal data and data by or on behalf of the organisers will be used to facilitate the processing of the teams’ registration or enhancement or any matters in relation to the Tournament. The consent provided for the collection, use and disclosure of the team’s personal data will remain valid until the team member withdraws his/her consent in writing to the organisers.
i. Participants agree to be contacted by or on behalf of the organisers for related events and matters, and any photo or video taken at the Tournament can be used by the organisers and sponsors for publicity purpose.
j. All prizes won by the teams will be issued to their respective team manager. The team manager must be of age 18 years and above.
k. The organisers reserve the right to revoke any prizes and title awarded should there be evidence of regulation violation.
