Technical Support and Warranty for DJI Tello edu /robomaster TT and accessories

Step 1: Please whatsapp 9073 5988  if you need assistance , quoting the below

CCA interest group ( eg makerspace/ NCC air / aeronautics) / your name / your school

Step 2:  We will ask you for the serial number , if you are not under any CCA interest group. Please prepare your receipt if you have it available.

How to see your serial number 

a) As circled on the box 

OR

b) as circled in the interior of the drone, if you do not have the box

 

We will provide troubleshooting advice via whatsapp/ call/video call.

 

Step 3: If the issue cant be resolved in step 2, you may visit our address at the below for face to face advice or for exchange .  It will be communicated to you in step 2.

Make an appointment to handover the item to midview city #07-11 during operating hours on weekdays. 

Under warranty - FOC 

Not within warranty ( eg product is more than 1 year old) - estimated cost of repair - $55- $75 per case. Estimated processing time - 1 to 2 months
