High Great HULA drone repair and warranty policy
Please note that usual manufacturer warranty only covers out of the box damage. It doesn't cover damage of parts due to human error/ environment and wear and tear from extended usage.
1) This applies to HULA drones bought from 65drones Pte Ltd , AFTER May 2025 for customers who purchase the no questions asked repair and warranty drone package.
This is an extended warranty which covers repair beyond out of the box damage.
2) The 1 year no questions asked policy applies from date of purchase or date of activation, whichever is earlier
The repair and warranty policy includes the below, for all scenarios including human errors and normal wear and tear within 1 year ( see (2))
i) replacement of motor
ii) replacement of gimbal
iii) replacement of camera
No. of replacement parts is tagged to the number of drones purchased. Eg if you purchase 20 drones, you are subject to maximum of 20 replacements for the year. Additional charges applies , beyond the maximum allowable replacements.
3) It doesn't include aesthetic damage replacements such as
i) propeller
ii) Frame
iii) other parts such as the rubber on the drone frame , propeller guards
iv) battery and battery charging hub
For iii)flight controller replacement ( fail to connect ) and iv)other parts replacement , it may be chargeable , on a case by case basis.
4) Repair/replacement pricelist ( for other scenarios not covered under(1) and (2), subject to GST ( In SGD)
i) camera- $100
ii) Gimbal - $100
iii) flight controller- $180
iv) Frame - $ 50
vi) Motor- $50
5) Repair process may take up to 2 months, depending on availability of parts.
6) Drop off of items at below address:

weekdays, Mon to Fri only 10am to 5pm ( 12noon to 1pm not available)
7) If items are unrepairable and your items are not under warranty, but items are already dropped off at (6) , there will be a non-refundable inspection fee of $40 payable. Items will be returned to your address after inspection and diagnosis.
8) if your items are repairable and not under warranty, we will send you a quotation after diagnosis (diagnosis charges waived).
9) If your items are repairable and under warranty ( no questions asked package), no further action is required from you after drop of items.
10) If your item is unrepairable and under warranty ( no questions asked package), we may replace your drone with another drone of working order, on a case by case basis.
11) By using our repair services and/or purchasing the no questions asked package, it is deemed that you are agreeable to the above.
12) We do not repair any drones that are not purchased from us, even if it is for a fee.
