Please read below terms and conditions before selecting your slot.
1) Please key in quantity as 1 in 1 entry (which means 1 slot for 1 team).
Each team is allowed 1 entry of 1 slot.
If multiple entries and/or multiple sessions are submitted, only the earliest entry of "quantity as 1 " slot will be accepted, and the remaining entries will be declined. No rejection reason will be given.
2) If your 1 slot is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.
3) Once slot is confirmed, you may cancel or re-schedule, at least 48 hours before your scheduled date and timing, or by 20 May , 2359 , whichever is earlier
4) Slot availability is reflected on the link in real time on best effort basis. If slots for the timing are fully booked, it will be indicated as " not available". Your entry might be declined even though at the time of booking, there is still slot/s reflected, as likely at the time that you submit the booking, the slot might have been confirmed by another group which submit slightly faster than you.

5) You are advised to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Bring your identification documents such as student pass/ IC for verification. Wait at the lobby for the staff to bring you up to the competition rooms. You will only be allowed to enter the competition rooms,10 minutes before your scheduled time slot
Due to limited capacity at the lobby, please do not come earlier than 15 minutes before your scheduled time slot.
6) If you are late for more than 20 minutes, the slot will be cancelled.
7) You will not be given extra time beyond the 1hour slot,if you are late.
8) For queries, you may raise a ticket on discord.
9) In the event of dispute, the organizer has the final say on the outcome.
